"Honestly impressed with the delivery team"
I was a little stressed waiting for the delivery, but the guys showed up and were so professional that I relaxed quickly. They were quick, respectful, and handled everything really well. Such a smooth experience in the end.

"Good price, but you can definitely tell"
For the price, it’s not bad and it does the job. But this is where it got annoying: a few parts just feel kind of cheap, like they might not hold up that well over time. It’s decent value overall, just don’t expect anything super sturdy or high-end.

"Good quality and holding up well"
I bought a sofa from mybobs.com a few months ago, it’s been better than I expected. I kept wondering if maybe I was just being too optimistic at first, but so far it’s been really solid.
The fabric feels nice, the cushions are still firm, and nothing is sagging, even with my kids jumping on it here and there. I was kind of waiting for something to feel cheap or start looking worn, but that hasn’t really happened.

For the price, I wasn’t sure it would hold up this well, but I’m happy with it. Delivery went fine too, which I always get a little nervous about. I’d probably buy from them again.

"Delivery felt a bit unreliable"
After I paid, I started to feel a little unsure because the tracking wasn’t updating much and the order didn’t arrive when they said it would. It did eventually show up, and everything was fine once it got here, but the wait made me question what was going on. Better tracking would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot less sketchy

My order from Bob’s was mostly correct, and the main furniture showed up fine, so I can’t say it was a disaster or anything. But one of the smaller items wasn’t what I picked, which was frustrating. I ended up having to call and get it sorted out, it kind of felt like the order just wasn’t checked very carefully before it went out. Overall it was okay, but that little mistake made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

"Helpful and easy store visit"
I stopped by the store to check out a couch in person, and the whole experience felt really comfortable. The staff was friendly without being pushy, which I appreciated. They took the time to go over the sizing with me and explained the delivery details clearly, so I felt like I could trust what they were telling me. Overall, it was a easy visit, and I’d definitely feel good shopping there again

Customer service got back to me really quickly and helped sort out my issue without a bunch of back and forth. Compared with other companies where I’ve had to wait days or repeat myself over and over, this was a much smoother experience. Easy process overall, and I definitely appreciated the quick reply.
